I had my first visit with Dr. Shin couple of weeks ago. Dr. Shin was very polite and patient. She asked me questions and let me answer them without interruption. After listening to my responses she conducted a very complete exam. The following day after the appointment I received detailed notes regarding my visit from Dr. Shin letting me know her findings from my exam and the results from my blood work and chest X-ray. I was very pleased with the overall visit and Dr. Shins thorough and timely response.

Doctor Shin is best primary. Our entire family have been seeing her for two years. She would squeeze her time to see her patients even when she was busy. I LOVE her advised and recommendation. She went over detail about what specialist was not mentioned, so i understand better w my health. When she prescribed medication, she explain the costs and affects. Thankful we found her after our primary passed away.

Dr. Shin is a phenomenal physician. Her team is kind (shout out to Nurse Stanley, who is truly a joy and pleasure to see every time I visit), knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Shin is a great listener and truly works to address every concern I bring to her attention. Thankful to have found this amazing doctor!

Dr Shin is excellent and prominent doctor. She is professional and well respected in Connecticut. She is so knowledgeable and gentle when she checks up on patient. She is kind and genuine and effective at communicating with patient and coworkers. I recommend her to everyone!

I appreciated Dr Shin’s interest in giving me the best quality of care. She researched all my past medical tests available & asked a lot of questions. She showed that knowledge & care is given to each patient.

Doctor Shin is an excellent doctor who is very knowledgeable and is good with her patients. She remembers patient goals and will try every avenue to make it happen for you. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP who cares. (2021) 2025 Update: I've been with Dr. Shin for 4 years now and the services are still excellent. My health has greatly improved on her methods. I'd still recommend her for anyone who needs a good PCP. The practice offers good people on their medical staff.
